The objective of the assignment was to provide fiscal agent services in Malawi. Responsibilities included administration of Compact funds according to Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) accounting principles, regulations and signed grant agreement and work plans; fund disbursements; monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting; support to external audit process; verification of expenditures incurred by partners; undertake on site verifications; and physical verification of assets funded by MCA Malawi.
